Dog-Friendly-Restaurants-Las-Vegas.jpg

There are lots of dog-friendly restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Las Vegas so it’s no surprise that Las Vegas was named the second-most dog-friendly city in the county in a study by Smart Asset that appeared in HuffPost.

Many eating and drinking spots with outdoor seating or patios allow you to bring your pup while you eat or drink. Here we share a few of our favorites, but if your favorite eatery, cafe, or bar has outdoor seating, it’s worth giving them a call to see if you can bring along your furry best friend.

Canines and Coffee

Open 24 hours, your dog can enjoy treats and a bowl of water while you get your caffeine fix sitting with your pooch on the patio at MadHouse Coffee. In addition to coffee drinks and tea, there are many sandwich offerings, pasta, and vegan options.

Your pup can join you at California-style cafe Coffee Pub’s outdoor patio for coffee and a variety of breakfast and lunch options including egg dishes and grilled and gourmet sandwiches.

Leoné Café in Summerlin’s Tivoli Village is an Italian style coffee shop that offers expresso-based drinks, fresh baked goods, specialty homemade breakfasts, as well as lunch and dinner options. The large outdoor dining area has a European flair and accommodates dogs of all sizes with discriminating tastes. Pet owners can sip espresso while their dogs enjoy a fresh bowl of complementary water.

Chow Down at these Dog-Friendly Restaurants

Enjoy an eclectic menu with your furry friend on the dog-friendly patio at Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar (multiple locations). They even have a menu for your pooch! Just be sure you obey the house rules for dining with your dog.

If you’re looking for a slightly more upscale dog-friendly outdoor dining experience, Andiron Steak & Sea is the ticket! In Downtown Summerlin, this contemporary neighborhood steakhouse offers a full bar and gourmet menu, making it a great eating and people-watching spot for you and your pup.

Downtown Summerlin offers many other great outdoor dining, dog-friendly restaurant choices, including Grape Street Cafe, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, Trattoria Reggiano, Public School 702, Fogo de Chao, California Pizza Kitchen, Crazy Pita, MTO Cafe, Red Robin, and Shake Shack.

Like Downtown Summerlin, Town Square also offers many dog-friendly restaurant options including a Lazy Dog location, Brio Tuscan Grille, California Pizza Kitchen, Crazy Pita, La Bella Napoli, and more.

Rachel’s Kitchen, which has eight locations across the valley with outdoor seating areas and a dog dish full of water right outside the door. (Rachel’s welcomes small, well-behaved dogs inside, too.) Their menu features a large selection of smoothies, a wide range of wholesome breakfast options, along with gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, burgers, and more.

Start your day off right with breakfast, brunch or lunch at one of the six Egg Works dog-friendly restaurant locations around Las Vegas. All have patios where water bowls, dog treats, and canine-loving staff make pets and their human companions feel welcome.

Another great breakfast/lunch restaurant option with a dog-friendly patio is Crêpe Expectations that features yummy savory, sweet, and egg-filled crepes along with a variety of beverages, including spirits, wine, and beer.

Looking to grab a quick bite with your four-legged friend? Quick service restaurant chains In-N-Out, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Rubio’s, and Sonic typically have patios where you can eat with your dog.

If you want to enjoy English pub fare classics such as bangers & mash and steak & kidney pie while spending time with your dog, Crown & Anchor is the place for you! They have an outdoor patio where you can sit with your pooch, and they will happily bring your dog a water bowl and treats.

Hop Nuts Brewing is a local microbrewery in the Arts District offering a unique craft beer experience in a relaxed atmosphere, including a dog-friendly outdoor patio. They have more than 20 beers on tap and a full bar. They do not serve food but you can bring food in or order from their extensive menu of businesses that deliver to them in the area.

Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge in Town Square has a full bar serving 60 wines by the glass, 220 whiskey labels, custom cocktails, and wine and whiskey flights. Food includes a wide assortment of small plates and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Their outdoor seating area isn’t expansive, but it is dog-friendly!
